All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos,
button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and
software, is the property of GNS or its content suppliers and is
protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Return Policy
To return products, customers must notify GNS with-in 72 hours from
the time you take delivery. Shipments are eligible for return or
replacement ONLY if 1) the product is materially different than
samples provided by GNS or 2) the quality of the product does not
meet the minimum industry standards. Stone is a product of nature and
variation in color and veining may exist and are considered part of
the characteristic of the stone. Products should be selected
carefully with an understanding of the in-consistencies in the color
and veining. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus
related freight charges. Material that is returned must be packaged
for pick up the same way it was received and unused. Samples are not
eligible for return.
Damaged Goods Policy
GNS ensures and guarantees delivery of the material in good
condition. Damaged or missing material will be replaced by GNS
provided it is noted on the delivery receipt prior to taking
ownership of the shipment. Customers are required to inspect the
material during receipt and make any claims for damage or missing
product on the Bill of Lading provided by the driver at the point of
delivery. In the event of damaged goods arriving, it is important to
retain any damaged material on the premises to provide time for an
insurance adjuster to inspect the product. Please make sure to take
several digital pictures. Please allow about 5% of breakage for the
natural stone materials especially Slate, Travertine and Lime Stone.
Also, allow about 10% extra usage if the tiles will be installed in a
diagonal or a non-regular pattern.
Customer Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who can form a legally
binding contract under applicable law. Without limiting the
foregoing, our services are not available to minors. We may refuse to
accept a purchase order or a verbal purchase request in our sole
discretion.
License and Site Access
GNS grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of
this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it,
except with express written approval from GNS. This license does not
include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents;
any collection and use of any product listings, images, descriptions,
or prices; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data
gathering and extraction tools. This Site, or any portion of this
Site, may not be reproduced, sold, copied, or otherwise exploited for
any commercial purpose without prior written approval from GNS. You
may not use GNS 's name, logo or other proprietary graphics as
without prior written approval from GNS. You are granted a limited,
revocable right to create a hyperlink to the home page of GNS, so
long as the link does not portray the products and services of GNS in
a false, misleading or derogatory manner.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to GNS or to products
you purchase through GNS shall be submitted to confidential
arbitration in Dayton, Ohio, except that, to the extent you have in
any manner violated or threatened to violate the intellectual
property rights of GNS, GNS may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal court in Ohio. Arbitration under this
agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the
American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be
binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no
arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration
involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through
class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Payment Methods
GNS wants to make the payment process as simple as possible,
therefore, we provide you with a number of different methods of
payment. These are described below, however, should you have any

Credit Cards
We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit
cards securely online. Maximum amount allowed in a single transaction
is $10,000. *Special Note* -- Because Specials are time critical you
will be allowed to reserve any of the specials using your credit
card. Final payment for Specials may be by means of wire-transfer.
Specials will not be shipped prior to receipt of wire transfer-funds.
Ensuring the security of our customer's personal information,
including credit card data, is a major concern. We utilize Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption, this means that no one can intercept
or view the data as it is transferred to our payment portals. Your
credit card information is never sent over the Internet via e-mail;
it is retrieved from our secure directory via an encrypted, password
protected connection which adds another level of security to the
process.

We accept wire-transfers from all banks. Your local bank will be able
to provide the wire-transfer service but you must provide them with

may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order
total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It

Cashiers Check
Cashiers checks are gladly accepted and orders are placed
immediately upon receipt and verification of its authenticity by our
banks.
Personal or Business Checks
We are happy to accept your personal or business check but
please be aware that orders will not be placed or shipped until funds
have cleared via your bank. This process can take up to 7-10 business
